Pastor Stephen
Higgins: has been in ministry for over 25 years, as a pastor and
church planter. He holds a Masters degree in Church Growth and
has served several Evangelical organizations, providing training
and overseeing development and church relations. Stephen has
been in leadership with the International Bible Society,
Promise Keepers, and has developed ESL programs around
the globe. As a consultant for
several international ministries he bring both sides of the desk
to the ministry. Married to his bride, Paula,
for 26 years, they have four children, all active in ministry
and the local church. Stephen serves as Founder & CEO of
David Ministries. |

Pastor Mary “Gerri”
Morris: is Co/Founder, with her husband Richard (“Rick) A.
Morris (married for 45 years) of Mary Germain International
Ministries, which is a Worship/Prayer/Action ministry serving
leadership in the Church, Marketplace, Government and Education.
She and her husband have four adult children, 12 Grandchildren
and one Great Grandchild! She has served as the National
Director of Prayer for Love, In the Name of Christ, World
Vision; has chaired the U. S. Asian Task Force of the Strategic
Prayer Network. Gerri currently is on the Board of Directors of
Metawake Revival and serves as Chairman of a multiracial think
tank in CA (Being Japanese and Irish). She is the International
Liaison for Pray CA. and is a member of America’s National
Prayer Committee. She and her husband are actively involved at
Mission Viejo Christian Church in CA, where she serves as the
Minister of Prayer. Gerri has ministered on several occasions
throughout the nation of Japan. Mary serves as the Director of
the Asian Training (Outreach nationally) at International
Ministries Network. |

Chaplain Izzy Vega;
has 40 years ministry experience in evangelism, event
coordination and media relations in Latin American and the
United States. Vega has worked in men’s ministries with Promise
Keepers as California State Director, national bilingual trainer
and International Director for Latin America and the Caribbean.
Izzy also served as District Director of Honor Bound Men’s
Ministries. He served as media/crusade coordinator for Latin
American Radio & Television Evangelism (now Hermano Pablo
Ministries). While serving at Templo Calvario Church in Santa
Ana, CA (1966-1993), as Minister of Expansion/Missions, Izzy
planted two churches and assisted with the establishment of
several others. He served as a “Becoming a Contagious Christian”
workshop leader for International Bible Society throughout the
nation. Chaplain Izzy founded Race Track Chaplaincy of CA, an
evangelistic outreach to the employees of the horse racing
industry in 1974. Chaplain Izzy and Grace have been married for
25 years, they have three children. Chaplain Izzy Vega serves as
the Latin American Director of Training\Development and in the
Future as the V.P. of International Ministries Network. |
